Description

Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC) is a non nonionic in water-soluble polymer formed from reacting ethylene oxide with alkali-cellulose under firmly controlled conditions.
It breaks down easily in cold water or hot water to give Crystal clear solutions of different viscosities.

It serves as a thickener and stabilizer, protective collid and water retention in personal care product application.
It is used in cosmetics, hair conditioner, detergent, liquid soaps, bath and hand creams, and lotions.
