Azelaic acid is a dicarboxylic acid derived from barley, wheat, or rye. It is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and it promotes keratin.
– It is good for the treatment of skin problems like acne and rosacea.
– It has a lightening effect so it can be used to fade post-acne spots
– It unclogs the skin pores which makes it great for skin healing
– It may smoothen wrinkles.
