Guar Gum

Description

Guar gum has emulsifying properties, it also thickens liquids hence is used in various skin and hair care products to increase viscosity. Guar gum is used in soaps as a surfactant because it improves lather. Its exceptional conditioning ability makes it a favorite in shaving products, skin care and hair care products alike. Guar Gum is also reputed to extend the shelf life and moisture content of various skincare products.
