Olive oil is gotten from Olive fruit that’s been crushed and separated from its pulp. It is anti-inflammatory and contains Vitamin K and E (reason for its anti-oxidant properties). It is a great non-sticky moisturizer, used in makeup products because of its antioxidant property.
Olive oil also gives glowing skin, aids in reducing acne. In haircare, prevents loss of hair and promotes hair growth.
