Polyquat 10

Description

Polyquat 10, is naturally derived Hydroxyethylcellulose that has been given a positive charge by a simple reaction process. The positive charge has several results, in hair care formulations. Initially, it causes the product to be drawn to damaged areas, for enhanced performance.
